Was thinking of doing this myself at some stage. Use 1mm cutting discs on a small grinder and you cant go to far wrong. The 1mm discs are made for stainless steel but are great for anything. They also wont burn the paint beside the cut like normal discs will. Take some good pics for us all to learn from your mistakes haha.

cheers man but id rather cut my own as i couldnt b arsed painting one! are they welded under neath? i saw one on a friends car an it was just fiberglassed! twas shockin!
