rear arms - two upper for each side, wishbone (one missing ball joint)
front tension arms

think i have more will check when i get home



R33- Spec 1

Most interior panels,
dash
seats
seatbelts etc

suspension parts,
4 standard shocks/springs
tension arms
anti roll bar



all will be going in skip if not taken as i dont have the room for them
just said id see if anyone wants any thing before they go at the weekend
