Need help/advice on choosing spring rates

I'm ordering coilovers shortly, Altezza gonna be stripped with a 1jz in it so might be small bit nose heavy?? Whats the best spring rates to go for? I'm not sure which ones to go for, I have the option of a few differnt ones just want to get the right ones. If it makes a difference I want the car to be fairly solid/stiff.
