I can't find it either, but I did find this
Form a pentagram with threadbare Nankangs and set them alight. Start chanting "Twinnus Cammus in Excelsis" and place a welded Sierra diff in the centre.
That should reach them.
Your best bet would be to email them info@prodriftseries.com and see where its to be sent?
