    Default yet another question

    well have another question on my endless mechanical knowledge seeking voyage...

    fitting the water temp gauge i got off scamper at the weekend. its comin with the top rad hose with sensor already fitted..

    im wondering when i remove hose and fit new one will the rad need bleeding?? and if so how do it???

    it shouldnt need too much bleeding when its only the top hose. but if ya have to there is a ten bolt on the housing where the top hose fits onto. open this up and keep filling the rad till its coming outta here then tighten it up and she is bled.
