Would perspex not be brittle as in cracks easily,
Ive fitted window set before, was called "lexan" some place in the uk lazer cut it for the windows you want (got a full set for a evo 3) or you can get a sheet of it and cut it yourself.... its way more flexible as in you could nearly fold it back on itslef, just an opinion as i know perspex is cheap and cheerfull.....

@hunty whats the craic on them graphics????

4mm polycarbonate is what you need... Do not put perspex in the car. Theres a crowd in ashbourne co. meath that sell sheets and they have a company attatched that will cut them out if need be. The only way to do it is... Cut with a jigsaw... normal blade for wood. Doesnt have to be the sharpest freshest blade in the world. Polycarbonate does not melt with heat when cutting like perspex / acrylic does... So makes cutting really easy... Just trace around the normal windows onto the sheet, cut it out and get a sharp blade of metal and scrape the edge and it will be perfect along the edge... No need for sanding... a scraper like a cabinet maker has is perfect... Use original rubbers tho, dont bond them in, it often looks cack...

Access plastics is the place is ashbourne. Sound to deal with...Just done a set for my polo at home..

If u wannt do it right pete get a window set off plastic4performance.....! Even has all the edges blackened so u won't see the sealer....! Looks dead tasty and will look good without using your rubbers again....!

But ur a misreable cunt so ul just do the exact opposite of what i say....!
