did you open the box before you signed for it ? should always check the stuff in the box before signing for it.. i learned the hard way once with a new origin spoiler....
you'v no comeback once you'v signed for it..

Yip, pretty poor.
I would be suprised if it could be repaired, i'd imagine it could be fixed (bonded or something) and painted but they are actually tinted perspex, like a visor, so painted it wouldnt look the same.
