Talking Prodrift Finale 09 Sat/Sunday Aftermath

    Hello All

Well what can i say, a great weekend. I was out Saturday running Novice, finished 3rd so was bumped up to Non Seeded Pro's where i finished 4th. So on we went to Twin Battles, my first ever Twin Battles i might add.......

Was matched up against an old buddy Timmy Hassett and had a good 2 runs. So close infact they ran us again. Then on the 3rd lap i binned it BIG time!!! Wasnt dissapointed tho as i got that far on my second PD outing and i know he's good Then i got the 5 minute rule applied as i cooled down my still running perfectly Chaser Then on the 4th lap we both went well but because of my spin i lost out!! Ah well., theres always next year!!! Non seeded Pro Licence hopefully

On to Sunday, well i think James Deane did savage especially as he has had a good few problems this year and has had to get used to the new car. His brother Mike also put on a flawless dispaly in the Super-lap but wasnt to be favoured by Pd's Simon Cowell Johnny P as always put on a great show, hitting the wall the opposite way just for the Craic.....Id say Wez loves ya lad Also Dennis Healy, your a fucking nutjob!!! Deane Kearney displayed his looney style of driving as always too and i hope he does as well in America!!!

Ive loads of vids of me From Sat and all the lads from Sunday. Will get them up Asap.......

Your car ran seriously well on the Sat Chuck congrats,Not 30k well but well none the less lol.
Excellent weekend,Was delighted for my Mate Michael Swan in the S13,Coming second to Mike Fitz on the Saturday therefore qualifying for Sunday,No beating James yesterday tho.

Mike was robbed on the super lap,Lenihans drove better than they have all season,Johnny P needs councilling for his destruction issues.Squirrel's some man for the walls after spending hours straightening the quarter.

All in all,What a weekend,Hotel was wrecked,The big iron dog on the second floor ended up doing a tour of all the rooms,Pics as proof.Hodge broke the lift.

Congrats to Prodrift on pulling off what I think is event of the year.
Super venue and very well ran.
