Still seems a grey area though.

less shatterable, means itll break rather than shatter leaving big shards to go through you, poly windows dont pass

Rally cars dont have to be NCT'd at all... some may have to be taxed for long road miles in a rally...

but i dont see why u cudnt get through? maybe if the front windows were still in the doors??

Just put it through and see,might pass,ive seen some well noticable defects pass through NCT on a few occasions where there is no doubt that they would be an automatic fail..i.e a broken spring
