The mount on the actuator is different but with a little modification it will fit

The t28 and t25 turbos have different mounting points for the actuator - You just have to line up the actuator correctly and drill your own holes in it to suit the mounting points on the Turbo. 8 or 10mm bolts. Its a 5 min job like. Its not hard or anything
