cold air intake vs filter on turbo

im useing a link g4 storm ecu now instead of the power fc that i had so i no longer need the z32 maf and i was ponding would it be better to stick the air filter on the turbo or to run some sort of cold air in take

I would use filter to be safe and then run sum sort of cold air feed to it

Deff use an intake pipe...You will suck lots of hot air with filter straight on turbo...
