Its very easy just cut lines horizontally to each other leaving japs of 20 mill or so, then nip each end to its lenght. note this is the vent gap ie smallest side on vent then pull ur flanges (lol) upwards ,weld in triangles to desired height of vent think they were done to about 40 mil in height and reinforce with fibre glass or filler and paint
very easily done

Got a bit done this week ,do be busy in work so its hard to get stuff done after .I got my new front wheels, picked em up and put em on, dropped the car down on the ground and stood back to say to meself it needed to go a little bit lower '' hella flush epic stance stonie spec '',ha nah just lowered it a tiny bit .Whilst i did that i cleaned down all arms while i was at it including the coilovers which i gave a blast of silicone spray to keep the rings in good nick for future adjustment ,great gear that
So after that i got the chance today to bring the car outside i fitted the spoiler C & C'S welcome. Also fitted back in the bride seat along with the harness and went for a quick rip up the road had no bonnet bumper interior etc to say the least it didnt last long
the look on the coppers face was priceless.
stilll waiting on the bonnet and then to fit my intercooler and mapping
Pics .....
coilovers out
Shoes on .......
Harness on and eye bolts in rear
Just a few pics outside
