Got nothing done in the last week with work but was making good progress with the front end might have some pics later in the week,and Martin is well on with the cyclinder head,had to replace a couple of intake valves

Was running 310 before strip down,hope to run 340-380 safely with a little lag as possible,still undecided on which turbo as of yet though

Ah touch wood Iv never had hassle with any SR Iv had in the last 4/5years apart from a timing chain rattle in an S15 I got in.
As alot of lads will tell you if the motor is healthy its down to a decent map for good life expectancy
