Default s15 overheating help burst pipe :(

was driving the car today and took a passing glance at the water temp gague to see it sitting sky high so i pulled over and there was no coolent in the bottle, so i went and got some filled it up and started it up again, after a while the temp went straight up again i looked under the hood to find water leaking out this pipe.

thats the dipstick to bottom right of it, it runs under the turbo manifild so i cant see where it goes, but dose anyone know what the name of this pipe is so i can get one?
and what could of caused this? just corossion on the pipe? when im replacing the pipe what else should i check? thermostat?

cant see the picture as I'm at work but I'd be thinking its the pipe bringing water to the turbo. Mine went not too long ago. the standard pipes aren't very flexible and tend to break. I put a set of braided lines on mine and no worries since.

ya i sent him a PM probably going to get them, i searched google all day looking for a write up or something about replaceing the lines but nothing? is it just because the bolts are in hard to reach places or is there some precauctions i should be taking?

To change the lines you will have to take out the turbo you will never get them off that easy.
Make sure to be careful with manifold studs
    They can crack

wait you can its a bit tricky but can be done get a braided line it will make it easier.Just undo the banjo on the turbo it faces you. Then go in under the car undo the engine side. Its to the right of the oil in.Might be abit tricky.
If i was you id change all the lines for braided ones.
It would take around 2 and half hours to do the job change the gaskets while your at it.
Save you doing it in the future
