Film or some set up shite.....why is the guy just recording? Why didnt he try get away when he clearly had loads of chances.

it looks like he was trying towards the end of the vid? he heads for the slip ramp.
loads of reasons why the guy could have been filming but it could just as easily be a film i geuss.
