X2 you'd be doing it all day by hand to see results.
G3 compound, water and a buffer

edit: possibly g3 is too coarse maybe try above ^^ depending on how bad it is
New lights off Toyota would be serious money

My buddy took his lights out and put them in the oven to melt the glue, then took off the plastic, cleaned it up mint, back in the oven to melt the glue again and stick the plastic back on!

right i used the tar remover stuff i had , rubbed the shit outta them .. got a bit off now in fairness..
then moved on to compound stuff i had , scrubbed away , got a bit better again..

when lights are off it looks almost as good as the mint one... buuuuut with the lights on , it looks like theres thousands of tiny tiny harline cracks... almost like some rubbed it with wirewool or something... but it looks to be on the inside.

so is the plastic lens itself fucked i wonder , am i wastin me time buyin more compound and scrubbin like fuck , an see no results , wat do ye think?.
i could try the auctions for a good used 1 either..

Be careful with what tar remover as some of them will react with the plastic and cause those little tiny cracks all over the light

If you think you can,or you think you can't,your probably right!
