Alfa romeo 147 2.0 gt

Ive decided to sell my daily/good car. It’s a alfa 147 selespeed coupe, with the 2.0 gt engine, this is the gti model in alfa, nct'd for 1yr. Top of the range With all the usual extras, leather interior, air/con, climate control, 17’ alfa gt alloys, front and side impact air bags, cd/radio with bows system as standard, cruise control,
e/windows, power steering, stainless exhaust system,
5sp manual,centrallocking, etc.The engine has just been rebuilt by martin tracey in westward, with new valves, valve guides, springs, followers, 5 face valve seats cut, skimed head, all new gaskets, new timing belt, tensioners, balancer belt, water pump, oil filter, the works. Theres about 30 miles on the new engine. This is a beautiful car to drive, and doesn’t sound or feel like a alfa. Im not a fan of alfa’s but this one I like. need cash and space in the yard, so grab a bargain €2800 no offers, will px for something cheep or rwd.

It is nice alright, but tbh the selespeed wrecks my head (personal preference, i hate flappy paddle gearboxes) and while the 2ltr engine is faster (150bhp) the 1.6 (120bhp) is alot revvier due to the shorter stroke the pistons have to go through.

Excellent cars though, every time you take one of these for a drive you'll enjoy it, guaranteed!
