Default nismo 2 way knocking and banging locking to the left

i fitted a nismo 2 way diff today and when i went to back out the drive i locked to the left and the back passengers side wheel starts hopping and banging.

let the car roll back or drive back with the wheels locked to the left and it will lock the back passengers side wheel solid and slide it along the ground.

    any idea whats wrong?

also jacked it up there with 2 wheels off the ground and turn 1 wheel and other one dont turn, can hold it by hand.shouldn't they be both turning the same way?

u shoudnt be able to hold 1 wheel and turn the other wheel with a 2way diff lad, take off the rear casing and have a look in
