***Advice on project or build for rx7***

Right folks so ive decided to keep the rx considering im not gonna get it sold for what I want and put lots of money into it!!!!

I have visions of stripping it to the bare shell and rebuilding from scratch and putting either 1jz or sr20?(which would you use?) or doing this and restoring to its original form????....think would be an awseome project but very slow would prob take me the guts of 9 months to a year to build, if I wanted it original -probably longer! and would require a huge amount of help and advice ...or...

I could keep it a bit of a cheaper project & keep the 13B and just get the extra lock hubs, some adjustable arms for the front and back, polybush the whole car, fixed back seat and harness, maybe cage, new map, get the suspensions set up right etc...and just enjoy it and have fun wit it......while I do it...

Im an indecisive fucker and dont know what the hell to do with it??
Would really love to build from scratch but a small bit nervous about it.

All I know is im going to start it in the next 2 or 3 weeks once I get into the new place...nice double garage out the back to do it in....

What would you'se do???????

Jesus lad if i was you id keep the 13b and make it reliable and try push about 400ish ponies out of it...! There such a savage engine and people don't realise it...!


After that its all suspension and handling...! Id give it to mike dean for that end of it...! All ya have to do is look at jame's car...! So much forward traction nothing can keep up with it....! And thats what its all about these days...!

Cheers mick im not looking to buy a new shell though rather work with what I have save on the moneys, Im sure I could get a nice cage in for less than you would be looking for the shell, and even if I was wanting it, you wouldnt want to sell it for the moneys I would be offering ya
