help?? S14 Wont turn on, but have power ??

1994 nissan silvia s14

All my fuses are good ( in engine bay and inside car fuse boxes)
I have fully charged battery
I have power at the ignition barrel
I have power at the ECU
I have power at the Fuse box inside the car and in the engine bay

when i put the key in the ignition and turn it NOTHING AT ALL
happens, no dash lights ( oil check and engine check etc) and nothing happens in the engine at all ( will not start not even the fuel pump comes on and the starter doesn't try and tick over etc)

When i turn key voltage at the ignition barrel drops to nearly 0

I have break lights, interior lights, head lights and hazard lights

I really have hit a dead end now, so any idea will help,

Lad iv the exact same problem iv to jump start mine every time I want to start it.it's a pain in the arse n I dunno wats wring with it!

its not a case of jump starting mine just has no reaction to turning he key at all

jump start was the first thing i did try btw

I have searched the internet for people with his problem and nothing at all has come up so anyone that can help would be much appreciated

does all power to the dash die when you try start it?? eg all dash lights go off??

Could be a bad earth.

i had same symptons wit a 14 i had before, starter was clapped out wen it arrived from japland!

None of the Dash lights come on at all nothing at all happens when you turn the key
