    Default os giken clutch problem

I had the engine out of s14 lately when we were painting under the bonnet. The engine would have been sitting out of the car about two weeks on the floor of the shed. Anyway when the car was finished we put back in the engine but since that the clutch is always engaged.
A few people said the ceramic discs are stuck together from the dampness.
If so any ideas of how to free these without taking out the gearbox again???

No clutch wasnt removed at all was perfect before took engine out. Now it was sitting in my shed for a couple of weeks on the ground so prob is stuck together. I tried starting it in gear when had it on axle stands hoping it free itself no joy do. Guess ill just have take the box out.
