what is porting and polishing?
Making the exhaust and inlet tracts inside a cylinder head flow more by makin them bigger, straighter, removing protrusions etc.
Polishing... is just polishing the inlet ports and is a bit of a myth afaik, some say it works, others say it doesn't, I'd be the latter going on the theory, but have never had the pleasure of doing it yet!

port and polish is only an advanage on N/A engines.
was goin to do it when i was building my own but alot of work for no advantage.
it suites older cars more.. modern day engine are very cleanly machined so very little advantage..
