I have a set of TSW 16 inch wheels cheap. What car are they going on? I'm in Cork.

i have a set of 06 focus alloys there if your interested ill pull them out near sure they'r 5 stud

They'll either be going onto a Focus or Focus C-Max.
How much and what condition are they in?

y not just buy tyres

Because he already has a set of alloys on the car with perfect tyres.
I just would rather he was driving on winter tyres for the next few months.
