Nostalgia in a link right there
Great pics right there. I never Drifted the Rosebowl but spent many a day up there watching, and its weird how i used go up on both Sat and Sunday, with a good crew and now even the same lads wont go as far as Fermoy. I miss these days, i used Admire the shit out of Alan Lenihan in his Sierra, loved that car. Great times.

Some class memories from going there.. including having to push miguel marinis Supra in the pits. the heavy cut en yoke lol

but ill never forget the day when FFrenchie had to go up against James Deane. james was only doing his Junior Cert the same year i was.. i really look up to him . and he bet martin that day in the S14 and martin was in the 180sx... the crowd was going mental all shouting out for james to win..

if i remember correctly martin had a problem with a rim or a tyre and had to go back in to the pits.,, and you could hear morris giving out as usual haha...

James won that event and as his name was called out. a massive group of people burst onto the track and picked him up. the athmosphere will never be like that at any irish event IMO. it was unreal. the place was ringing from both sides of the sheds.. unreal

as i always say these days, prodrift and drifting comps in ireland are just a money race these days, theres no atmosphere in it anymore!

I actually agree here with u a little bit .. Though dudes like dan Moorhead are not spending loads of money on power upgrades and he's still kicking ass.. But I think if it was like back in the old days at rosegreen where anyting RWD could be up there for the win... Everting from sierras
To volvos if it was still like that any1 cud just get a car for
Fuk all. Stick a cage and seat and go out and
    Battle with the best.

But I'll giv it to PD this year . They picked there game
Up in punchestown and citywest etc...

dans a great character...but that last purple yoke he was driving, the thing had anti lag and all?! and his new car is circa 500bhp as far as im aware ha.

each to there own, but i definately prefer watching grass roots stuff to the top level stuff where its 2 sbodys, perfect lines everytime,no excitment yaaaaaaaawn.

    hooray for rosegreen!!

i kinda disagree wid ya man,, i tnk top class is getting better when you see how these guys can hit them perfect lines every time at huge speed with big angle with most of the time a bumper within inchs of there quarters
