I remember the auld P100 from drift displays during banger racing events way back when, what year would that have been 2003/2004? Anyone else remember?

Had never done the Oval before and was out for the licence day, queing up and some guy put his cam into the wall...was freaked..didnt have the balls to go in in third cos i thought i wouldnt have enough power and do the same. The Oval is class to watch but id say its a whole different story going into it flat in 3rd.Would be unreal.

Maybe it would be possible to do a single event?Im assuming it would be down to the relationship between the owner of rosegreen and the horse crowd. Not sure what thats like after what happened over the track, but if it was possible then maybe it could be organised.
The major issue would be the planning permission side of things as holding a drift event there might be in breach of that and might bring rosegreen even more hassle.
If anyone knows the owner then maybe they could shed more light on it but it would be savage, generate a bit of revenue for the track too.
In the height of the summer would be sweet, big speed/smoke.

hold on they still do bangor racing and that leaves lumps of cars lying on the track !

Not possible, there is a court order against drifting in Rosegreen...
The days of drifting in the Rose bowl are gone

yep the court odrer stated that drifting is not a motorsport so the were able to stop it at a motorsport track,, funny enough the final day at the rosebowel there must have bn thousands of people there to see it,, alot of motorsports dont get near that turnout
