    I'd buy it but I'd want a log book as I dont pay tax Its no good to me without a book.

    Whoever even taxes the car when they buy it the log book will still be posted to whoever VRT'd the car originally!

    i sold a mini during the summer. and that didnt happen at al. the guy bought kept in touch with me. he brought the paper work and he got sent to his house....

    Dont mean to 'spam' and pardon the interruption

    Iv worked in the motor trade for the last 5 years and
    i do ALL the paper work in my garage for my sins!

    Just to be straight on this,

    If you VRT a vehicle and hand the RF100 over to someone who bought the vehicle
    WHEN they tax it, the log book is NOT sent to the lad that VRTd the car

    When you bring the RF100 is brought to tax office, a form called an RF105 or RF200 and if necessary a declaration is filled out, and ownership is transferred to the new person. therefore - new owner is registered and HE/SHE gets tax book. Iv done this HUNDREADS of time.

    Hope that clears up sh1t above.. explained as best i can..

    Shes right i vrt'd shit loads of yolks before selling and never had a book come to me, all you do is hand the buyer the above and good to go..
