I agree, I dont think its the grill tho, I think the standard bumper/splitter combo is to high for the 15's, I have the splitter down as far as it would go, I think in the future I might have to get the MCN Goodline replica bumper to bring the front of it down but I dont want to go back to fibreglass would break your heart, It wont be till after xmas anyway enough spending done for a while, I save up a bit, go mad, then it could be months before I do anything again lol, Almost a year went one stage where I didnt do a tap with it!
goodline bumper wont bring the front down. The lip is nowhere near as far as it can go.The meisters are awesome but there way nicer up front i dont like the spurious wheels atal but theyd be grand on the back in black so as to take the attention off them..Did you roll your arches before you sprayed it?
The splitter is down as far as it can go, I bought the combo 2nd hand it's only when I separated the 2 I realized someone cut away the very bottom of the bumper meaning I couldn't mount it any lower, I didn't roll the arches as I didn't know I was going to own 2 Meisters by the time it was finished just came across them by chance, why won't the Goodline bumper bring it down, must be lower than what I have?
did you get the knuckles off
Aaah i see that sucks..oem bumpers can achieve circa 2ft mark! Only bumpers to touch them for thickness is cby, mercury r or the old winds auto..i have a new goodline bumper here in comparison they need to go on cars that are decked to achieve the look they give.Otherwise you can modify them like most of the japs do for the most awesome though ultimate in designed to explode - bumpers. ha
Are you putting on power steering knuckles or just changing the lca's?
