Can you double check that, ie if its outer or inner diameter of the exhaust tip.

I have one here from HKS Silent Hi-Power, it's 109.40 outer diameter

ive one but its going back into the car to get ready for the nct do people think they're loud?? i dont at all!!!

I'v a screamer elbow 3" downpipe Decat and is really really loud i might even need to put a silencer instead of the decat for road use..

The exhaust tip is 114.3 outer diameter inner is around the 109.5-109.8 can't get an exact measurement on it, Have you got a pic of your baffle?

there always a tad smaller, maybe mil r 2 of a gap all round an kinda chamfers in for a tight seal...
is there a hole in the tip for the bolt? ive 3 there ill check da sizes 2moro n let ya know i have sumit to suit

Mine is completely different so, it's approx 10 cm long tube with smaller inner tube in it and small holes inside the inner tube. Kinda like little silencer.

one of the ones i hav is very similar to that one lad, its 111mm pm ur number an ill send on a pic.....
