removing rear bumper 180sx

As above^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I was going to post this yesterday then i thought it was a bit stupid
But today I'm trying to take the rear bumper off again and it's not coming off easy first i thought it was glued on

Right took off:
3 nuts inside boot under lock
3 either side inside quarter panel
plastic clips underneath

It seems to be bolted onto the bar
Does this whole bar come off with bumper

Would be a pain to get these bolts off
Is there an easier way

lift up the carpet in the boot lad and you will see 4 bigish rubber gromits 2 on each side pop them up and is 4 14mm bolts take them out that is the rear bumper bar all youu need to undo is them 4 14s and the 3 10mm u have off on each side(i think there may be 4 on each side from momory)

She's all stripped out for track i didn't notice the rubber grommets buts it makes sense now

is it a full on track car lad??? are you changing the stock bumper for a kit or what?
