Sr20det boost leak??

well lads, fitted new intercooler (autobahn) and car is,nt runnin 100%. it stalls for about 2 seconds whwn changing gears, nearly sure it's boost leak, all pipes are fully tightned, any ideas what else it could be or any way of checkin????cheers

are you 110% sure you have the pipe for the idel valve conected?? on a vvt engine it will come of the bottom of the intercooler pipe just befor the trotle body, and on a none vvt 180 engine it comes off to the engine side of the pipe just befor the trotle body,

Take off the dump valve and block it off and try it..

wastegates dont make any sound. unless its an external one with a screamer

have an autobhann intercooler meself , the only rubber that used to leak was the one goin into the throttle body.... hairspray on the pipes when fittin the rubbers and decent clamps.. i'd agree with loosing the bov and maybe if that dosnt sort it start the process of elimination
