diff info

just wondering can a 2way diff off a turbo silvia fit a na silvia?

iv being told that all you need to do is change the prop shaft,i was also told you have to change the half shafts,and someone else told me you have to change both the half shafts and prop shaft and the sub frame,

does anyone know witch is true,or will i just mig spec the diff thats in it haha,

also if the turbo diff does fit,whos got the best recession priced two way

I bought my diff off a spec r s15 and bolted straight into the spec s without changing anything

and it just bolted straight in,hmmmmm,ill have to see,cause i was told the 14`s are diferent,like they came with a gay open diff not even a viscous diff
