    Default What tyres to buy for front??

    Hey guys, looking into getting a new set of tyres for the front of my skyline. the one's on it are not great.
    im looking for something good in the dry and wet??

    was thinking TOYO TR1's????

    T1-R's are a great all rounder and wont break the bank...Handkook RS-2's are another decent tyre in same category

    Higher up the chain and more expensive are
    -Toyo 888's
    -Yokahama A048's
    -Toyo R1R
    -Kuhmo v60, first hand experience and there very very good and worth every penny imo, medium compound best bang for buck.

    Really any of above and best one suited to your budget!!

    the toyos are cheap. and also im not going competing on them or anyting just a bit of understeer.

    i priced R888 on that camskill website but there stupid money but everyting else is grand???

    1 of the lads got 15's for a civic and they were 70 euro a piece in waterford somewhere and there nearly 112 euro a tyre sterling on camskill?

    Ive new R888's there for €85 if ya want them. 195/50/15

    so make things clearer

    im looking for 215/45/17's

    and on the R888 the brother is wanting a set of 4 for his nova

    195/45/15's

    and thats why i was saying about the dear price.

    Better off running225s or 235s up front more tyre contact.....!

    R888's only come in a 50 profile in 15's
