Jimmy; Car was imported across from Saitama (bordered by Tokyo) by Jap Performance / High Octane and I bought the car unregistered from Michael, not Alan. I put the car through the registration process myself (something I didn't enjoy one bit!) and then finally got her road legal in October-ish. Lot's of hassle, but well worth it in the end
Quite bizarre actually as I bumped into Alan last year at the Shel garage near Silverstone as I was heading back from Trax. He was like "You get her from Ireland?" in a proper thick accent - that was the first time I'd met him. Seen him since at a few JDM Allstars events.
