    Default power fc? with controoler

    wats in volved in them, ? do u just plug and play or do u hve 2 hack into wires or any sensors like that?

    should simply replace your standard ecu.

    needs to be mapped though

    It needs to be mapped once fitted.But even mapping a car without making any chances to spec should see a good improvement

    there is a procedure you need to do when the ecu fitted to your car,you have to leave it idel and go through some procedures,ill post these later for you,also check when buying the ecu what the previous car was mapped for,
    example
    a car running lets say 850cc on a z32,will not start and run on say a std car with std afm if you know what i mean,and the ecu will need to be mapped to your car to get best results and safety.
    results depend on your spec,any more info needed just ask and ill be glad to help

    haha my bad bit simple when it comes to engine stuff

    edit what would be a good upgrade turbo for a s14? not goin 2 crazy
