free parts for the children please

Iv been doing a little volunteering work with a local youth club for the last few weeks and some of the kids have some interest in cars, i want to ask members for some simple donations of car parts to try pass on basic understanding of cars.
Im talking very basic parts that would be just in your way and looking to get rid of, things that would be easy to explain to 12-15 year olds.

im not sure if im along the right lines here but ya no those model 4 engines you can get that have handles on the side that you turn and you can see the internals of the engine working, wouldnt that be the right job, or am i way off here?

Ive a small yamaha motorbike engine with a hole in the piston if you want it. Don't think the head is there but everything else is in one piece i think.

hey dude i know ya lookin for parts for showin this sort of stuff but i did the same thing a while back and used vids like the one below to show how engine functions. would be good if used with parts to explain it, just a thought
