you can still use it if you DONT!! sign onto xbox live.... cause when you sign into xbox live it will say do you wan2 update if you've said yeah then you cant do it but if you've said no then you'l be alright

go to the storefront and search relentless and jimmy up, then buy them!

yes u can use it! without being on xbox live! but that means your original game is shit bcause u dont get the updates like the driver inboard changes gears ,pulling the handbrake! and other better graphics etc..

Turn 10 (creater of the game) raped every1 when they did the money glitch! there probably still monitoring it for new people coming!
