    Default sr20det bad idle

    my car is acting like a rite cunt lately
    never idles properly sits a 1100 then it revs up and down by its
    self, cleaned the z32 and cant find a air leak

    anyone got any ideas

    Try cleaning the throttle body with carb cleaner, then check vacuum pipes for leaks.

    If you play around with the throtle position sensor and throtle cable you will get it back the timing may need a tiny tweek, its a pain in the ass to get rite but will come rite if you have patients..

    haD this on my last sr20 and it was the afm

    when i run the car it sits a 1100 and if i plug out the afm it goes up to 2000
    so the afm must be workin

    had the same problem with my own 1 and wen the afm was pluged out it would go down an idle lower than usual
