Possible new drift practice track..

It looks like a good set up and on the site it say's it open for testing for track days would love to test out my new 86 there

some corners would be a little tight for twinning..
but there's one up the back that looks like a 4th gear....

I've driven it but I didn't really think any of it was wide enough for proper twin drifts.




on a side note, we are wondering about planing for drifting etc and how noise regulations would come into play.

Right now I'm in my garage, surrounded by very quiet countryside, and I can hear the race karts going around this track......

Urm yep, and the town of collon is only about 2km's away from it.

I admit the wind is blowing from the direction of the track but still.....

I hear the biggest kart event in the republic is on their on August 22nd or something, will be interesting to see how it goes... Is it on the left just before collon if you are heading north?

No, when you leave collon heading north you will go around a right hand bend followed by a left had bend with a right turn on it sign posted for Dunleer and the M1. Its just down that road on the left.

No, when you leave collon heading north you will go around a right hand bend followed by a left had bend with a right turn on it sign posted for Dunleer and the M1. Its just down that road on the left.

Ah yea, the auld cream crackers used to invade that spot on the left before the turn!
