    So time for an update!!!
    After the manifold cracking over in Germany for the 10 hundredth time i thoght it was time for a re design with extra bracing and less weight/stress on the manifold.
    Il let the pics do the talking...........

    You can see its been welded a few times lol, not all of this was me BTW, it cracked at tracks befor and iv managed to find welders in the deepest darkest places, not all of them would let me us there welder.........

    The gate used to hang off of the bottom of the manifold down by the rack on a pipe that was a bit longer than a foot, now............



    Just for shits and giggles i had to do it haha

    Also, engine had gainded a top end rattler, id change the vvt a few weeks befor so assumed it couldnt be that again so put a new set of hydraulic lifters from Apex in

    While iv been doing all this iv also been starting my own business, very stressfull, expensive and time consuming!!!
    One shot of the car in the workshop

    After the car playing up at silverstone and running lean it was time for a bigger better fuel system.
    So i got two new Walbros from Apex, thank you kindly

    made things shiny

    Had some injector rings made

    Some injectors, thanks docwra!!!

    I had them flow tested (masive thanks to Garage-D)as they wer used, they wer with in 3% of each other and flowed to nearly 900cc at 3bar!!

    Then it was the task of getting two walbros in the tank, alot easier said than done!!!

    On the wiring side, im going to be getting rid of the earth controll crap they come with as stock, run two new big earths(one to each pump). For the live, il be fitting twin relays on the dash with direct feed fromt he battery.
    This is for the two earths, il be running the two lives throgh the original two pin plug..



    All ready to go back in

    Then i can simply use a nut and p clip to connect the earths

    Also, iv been making a new hand brake as the old one is starting to let me down more and more, the stadard type hydo does not offer the right feel for me, so im making one with more leverage............
    still maintaining the stock lever for quick little adjustments mid drift.....
    the idea is to make it as solid and precise as poss with no play side to side, or any chances of it ripping out the floor with the extra leverage, hence the beefyness of it.....

    Red on the graphs is from yesterday with vvt working and at 1.7bar boost.
    Green is from end of march when we 1st set the engine up and at 1.9bar.
    So now its making about 80ftlb more torque at 4500rpm than befer with less boost And almost 25-50ftlb every where befor boost. Also note that it comes on boost 300ish rpm sooner. Yea its less power but i know which im going to prefer
