problem at 4k revs

in every gear theirs a weird (loud) vibration noise at 4000 revs once i get to 5000 it goes away ???? ever happen to anyone everything i have checked is tight, anyone any insight to what might be going on

no, was happening last week aswell i blew the box monday night and i put a new box into it yesterday and same noise still their
