external wastegate

right got the car back running tonight and took it for a spin up the road the boost seems to come in alot harder now wit the external wastegate as towards the internal waste gate is tis normal or something not set up right also running less boost atm wit the external wastegate would tis matter for how the boost comes in

there would be a spring in the external waste gate and it has a spring rate as in mine was 0.8 of a bar, not sure what yours is but it will boost keep boosting till it gets to spring rating or if higher set on a boost controller ,
