Its the speedo from a D22 Navara.

They have the cable fitting to suit an R32 but the end that fits the R33 box. The Navara speedo also doen't have the mounting hole that the R33 one has.

On your one the threded section where the cable joins on is damaged so its probably not holding it tightly.

Also when fitting it, note that the shaft with the red plastic cog is slightly off center, you have to make sure you fit it the correct way(use the bolt hole from the R33 sensor to show the orientation) otherwise its too tight against the sender cog in the box and will be damaged(it looks like there is a piece of one of the teeth missing already on your one)..
