Turbo engine into S15 ?

Well lads! a friend has a non-turbo 15! he's thinking of switching over to the turbo world! whats needed to change in it? loom etc...???? will he have to change the gear box etc..

Engine (obviously) gearbox, engine loom, brakes, clocks, diff if its standard, ecu

dont think he needs a gearbox because as far as i know the there was a 180sx in england last year running 400bhp and the gearbox is still goin strong

is it just the engine loom?? eh he has 1.5 way viscux diff in it! (standard 14 diff)

think al the anti roll bars etc are different 2.

Chasis is same as S14a as is the standard diff, box. Only mechanical difference is the front brake set up, BMC, Clutch / flywheel, injectors, fuel pump & engine, loom, turbo etc....

If it's an S15 SR20DET your using the box / diff are different (5 speed & viscous -v- spec R 6 speed and helical)....

you will NEED complete engine,wiring loom,ecu and down pipe...if you're not going for big power you can leave spec s gearbox and diff in the mean time...
