erm sorry lad but all skylines are jap,. there never was an irish model. the 33 gtr was released in the uk at a very limited run but every other one was jap till the new GTR.

first things first. fuel pump and a mapable ecu because it will be needed when you go hunting for power.
    then boost controller
    turbo elbow
    downpipe
    decat
    map

if the money allows get a hybrid turbo, injectors and afm depending on what ecu your going to be running

i would go for the nistune option. It will cost you around €450 supplied, fitted and mapped by Stiv (over on sxoc). That way your ecu is tuned to suit your car and fueling.

I forgot to mention boost controller, actuator and walbro 255 pump.

first thing you need to do is get the idea of money outta your head and start buying parts bit by bit some stuff like exhaust/filter/front mount you can fit but until you get an ecu, injectors, bigger turbo etc wait and fit them all together then get it map'd jobs a goodun

First off, have a full check done on the car, compression/leakdown etc

Then get rid of any random ebay chip and the dumpvalve.

And finally, don't listen to any of the mcdonalds car park tuners!

Stage one consists of a complete exhaust system: downpipe, de-cat and cat back.(aftermarket elbo gives no advantage on the standard turbo), A front mounted intercooler, a walboro 255lph fuel pump, a decent boost controller and a set of 1 stage colder plugs.

This set up, with the boost at 0.85 bar will see 250 to 270hp on a healthy engine using the standard ecu.

The next step involves a new turbo(there are many options) a larger set of injectors and a mappable ecu.

A healthy RB20 can run up to and even a little above 400hp on standard internals.

If you want anything more then changing to an RB25 may be a better option as forged internals are not a easily found for an RB20.

This is good accurate advise, I am running 266bhp on my standard engine/turbo/ecu with a turbo back exhaust, walbro pump and boosting at 0.9. Not 100% what heat range my plugs are though, never changed them after putting those bits on the car

If you are running at 0.9 they would need to be a colder plug then standard.
