Much hassle to change a fuel pump in a 180?
Its simple just remember to disconnect the battery.

its in the boot on the left hand side.Take the cover then just pop it out check that the sock on the end is not clogged with anything ie dirt etc

I have a walboro in my 180 no problems what so ever

Also if there is an am fpr is it set to the right pressure is there a gauge on it?

Sound Reuben, I'll get her to give you a ring now.

She just texted me and it's running again now. It must have been out of petrol and the gauge is faulty or something.

Still have to figure out why it has a starting procedure though.

ok, does she want them other bits? she never rang,

it shouldnt hava starting procedure, i dont c wat pressing d throttle b4 startin would do, sounds like BS to me. does it turn over ok, also there is a relay for the pump which i would usually bypass and run the pump from battery via a switch,(doubling up as anti theft device) it could be run off ign and when starting the draw could be weakining pump pressure, but it should still start. nothing an hour or so of investigation wouldnt fix im sure

I was talking to her there and she's going to give you a shout.

Ya, that makes sense alright. No chance of it getting to a mechanic for a week or so though, so unless she sorts something out in the mean time she may put up with it.

have a look for start signal at the ecu the unloader relay can fuck up and not sent a start signal to the ecu causing it to flood, its and orange wire in the small white plug at the ecu it should come live when you crank the car
