Like the lads have said, start bleeding from the furthest away point and KEEP at it!

As for wands not lockin up too easy i think its a fairly common misunderstanding of hydraulic handbakes that people expect em to lock up way too easy! It takes a good yank imo..So does the handbrake

Jusy think how hard you have to press the foot pedal to get your brakes to lock...........

What standard handbrake setup do you have??

If you have it skyline z32 style-as in it uses shoes inside the drum on the disc to lock then it should be no problem.

    BUT

if you have calipers which have a cable run off them to the hanbrake then they are probably bled right its just those calipers a shit for the hydro.
Reason being is that they have to wind out instead of just sliding straight out, this takes time and thats why pusking the pedal helps as they are pushed hard enough against the discs and the hydro just gives it that quick bit extra to lock em.

Z32/skyline rears is your best bet.

u have to blead the front calipers aswell as far as i know as car brakes work on a diagonal system front left with back right and vice versa

my cousin had the same problem for months and finaly put on a new set of standard calipers and now it works fine
