r33 handbrake cables Question

wen your usin r33 brake shoe setup an handbrake cables do you need the cable itself that comes off the r33 handbrake an goes thro the tunnel an joins the two cables from the hubs...ya know the bit that pulls the two cable like they're one wen you pull the handbrake up...its on the s13.

I read that you need a custom plate to attach the s13 handbrake cable to the skyline lines but I had a look under the 180 and dont see why you cant join the skyline line to the standard T piece.

the skyline ones wont reach the t piece wen ya bolt them to the tunnel man cos the r33 cable seem bit short...thats the prob i have was doin the conversion today

i used s13 handbrake cables when i did my z32 drums and fitted perfect.

edit, uk spec 13's

get s13 200sx cables, they have skyline style shoe handbrake, so
they should do ya. Have a set there.

@colm i was thinkin i could have to go that route...you find it hard to come by the uk s13 cables???

How short are they? If you lengthen the s13 handbrake cable will it do

they're bout 3 inches or so too short man
