180 - what are the standards and the extras?

I'm on the lookout for a 180sx.

I've seen two so far that were witin my budget and to my liking.

Now, firstly, whats the story with a front mount? Do some 180's have them standard or are they all aftermarket extras? How much is one likely to cost?

Secondly, whats the difference between redtop/blacktop? is one VVT with the extra bit on the front?

Thirdly, if I buy one without an aftermarket diff - how much should I budget for a diff and fitting?

q.1........180sx only came with small factory intercooler mounted on the side..no front mount would be a a/m part..new front mounts are around 300 bucks

q.2.......no real def between black and red top only loom and ecu and a few bits..no 180sx came with vvti

q.3........a used a/m diff would be around 450 for a good one..fitting would be around 100-120 on top inc oil
