    Unhappy Rb20det misfire?

    Well lads...

Have a problem with my r32 and hoping some1 could offer some advice. Its misfiring on cylinder 6. Now i've replace the coil, plug, did a compression test checked wiring ect. There's spark but nothing happening. I'm wondering could it possibly be a dirty injector? Cause i'm not sure if there's fuel going to the cylinder.
The car is very sluggish since i got it and has never ran right. But when i drop the boot she's making boost and noise but not much power. I've replaced the AFM, dodgy coils, checked for split pipes, checked compression and anything that could throw it off but NOTHING!

I'm going mad here and wondering do they maybe have a problem that i haven't tried yet? Gonna replace the fuel filter during the week. Anything else i should replace?

Put a screw driver on to the injector + listen for the clicking "so you know it's opening".
What does the spark plug look like when you pull it out ?

Were i work we do some tuning and have a few fuel pumps there. I'll try1 of them. It has the miss on idle but when you increase the rpm above about 2000 the miss doesn't seem to be there but yet still not much power????

I'll try the injector tonight to see if its opening. The plugs are all the same looking. There's no difference in wear or anything that shows a bad cylinder. I cant remember what heat rating they are but they are Iridiums. Could the engine be getting to hot and causing them to break down because of a low heat rating?? They were changed before i got it

    Ok update...

I've replaced the fuel pump with a Walbro fuel pump and a new filter. She's feeling more responsive but that hasn't sorted my misfire problem on no.6 yet...

I tried to check the injector with a screwdriver but it was had' to tell. Didn't sound like there was any clicking compared to cylinder 1. So i ran the engine and unplugged the injector. No difference at all!!! Now i know there's spark so i'm wondering should i just pull out the injector and check it?

Or have i maybe missed something and some1 would like to offer me some constructive advice and criticism

    Thanks alot lads

try swappig the injector to another cylinder and see if problem follows if so dodge injector if not problem could lie in injector wiring or no pulse for injector to open......

Ok i switched the 1st injector with the 6th. But before i did that i checked the resistance of the 2 and both injectors came up as 13.8 ohms...

Gonna put it all back together today today. If this doesn't work any1 else got a idea?
