anyone here ever tried their hand at braizing as a way to make repairs?

seen the like of HTS-2000 alloy repair rods in use (albeit promo vids)
and it looks like good strong stuff, they repaired a broken mounting point on an engine with it.

any metal workers onhere have anything to offer by way of advice on what products to use or not use/tip and tricks?
